0.4.0 Is Out

Here's my first update since last  week. This is the first update since I came back to work and I learned some lessons here. I wanted to bring this update to today so I can focus on a game jam this weekend but I couldn't add as much stuff as I wanted. So this is my first example of wanting to do to much in to little time. After the first three versions were able to be completed in a day or two I thought a couple hours a day for a week was enough to make a big update and releases it Friday morning, but sometimes work is tiring and sleep looks far better. At least now I have a better view on how much time game development takes and need to set realistic expectations for myself and manage time more effectively. But this  game has continued to be what it has meant to be since the beginning, a leaning experience. 

New Features: A main menu screen, a level select menu, and a pause menu.
